I get up early to fight...

I go to bed early to wake up early in the morning, before the rooster crows...

This natural clock clucks louder than my Android's alarm, I turn left, right and sleep a little more and then 30 minutes go!

I jump up so I don't fall asleep, wash my face and prepare breakfast early in the morning with scrambled eggs on bread and a cup of coffee, that's what my mornings are like before meditating on reading for an hour... I think and reflect and I thank God for another day of work that is on the table... but slowly I start to the sound of a musical background...

The paints and the thought are still slow and I start to paint, step by step the work develops, and sometimes slowly until I get into the mid-morning rhythm, as a techno house sound comes that livens up the rest of the day at an accelerating speed. work, which leaves me satisfied around 7pm until I can work, I'm not a night owl so my day ends here today...

Time for the newspaper, dinner almost ready on the table, with a can of beer and two pieces of fruit to finish!!!

I finish the dinner that comes out of the oven and can't wait until the end of the 8pm newspaper...

Time to relax on the couch, a series or two I have to watch on Disney or Netflix, sometimes on Amazon...

It's time to sleep more before posting art on tiktok, ok Instagram and Facebook..

Sleep has arrived, I have to eat something before going to sleep, have a good night and see you tomorrow before the natural clock clucks...
